Class & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing classes through a package (class card) or a monthly/annual subscription, the student agrees to the following terms:

Time Reservation
Each class is scheduled in advance, and the time slot is reserved exclusively for the student.

Cancellations & Changes
Classes must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancellations made outside this timeframe will be considered as completed classes, without exception.

No-show
Failure to attend a class without prior notice within the required timeframe will result in the automatic loss of the class.

Late Arrival
If the student is late, the class will end at the scheduled time.
If the teacher is late, the lost time will be compensated.

Packages & Subscriptions
Classes may be purchased via package (class card) or subscription.
Once usage has begun, packages and subscriptions cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued for unused classes.

Validity
Packages (class cards) are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Subscriptions follow the agreed billing period (monthly or annual).
